Corn Cake


Ingredients:

5 corns on the cob or 3 cans of corn
½ cup milk
100 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 whole eggs
1 can of condensed milk

How to prepare:


Grease a 24 cm baking pan with a removable bottom. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
Shave all the corn from the cob with a sharp knife.
Put the corn in a blender.
Add the condensed milk, the milk, the butter, and the eggs.
Blend very well and add the baking powder.
Transfer to the prepared baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
